At Magnolia, we want you to be completely enamored with your home selections. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and secure it firmly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
